Thoughtfully managed, intentionally scaled and rooted in heritage, Nine Yards offers an elevated and neighbourly alternative to traditional retail. Designed by Matthew Miller (Milarchi) with landscape architecture by Patrick Watson, Nine Yards blends adaptive re-use, contemporary design and garden-led urbanism to create an experience that is human, hopeful and distinctly Joburg.
